Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched from our facility in Hangzhou, China within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) after payment confirmation is received from PayPal.
Business days exclude weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and Chinese public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes
We ship internationally using reputable carriers. Delivery timeframes below are estimates counted after your order has been dispatched, and begin from the shipment date (not the order date).

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather, public holidays, peak shipping seasons, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout. Unless explicitly stated, shipping fees apply.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we ship the wrong item or a confirmed defective product (see our Return Policy).
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. Please note that while personal use orders are typically duty-free in many cases, these charges are ultimately the responsibility of the buyer if applied by local customs.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.
- If you refuse a package due to import fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from any refund.
- Some countries may restrict or require special documentation for certain health and wellness products. Please check your local regulations before placing an order to ensure the items can be legally imported for personal use.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

- Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update in the carrier's system after shipment.
- If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at info@wedocareu.com.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we may be unable to deliver to certain regions due to:
- International sanctions or trade restrictions.
- Lack of reliable postal/courier service in the destination.
- Local regulations restricting the import of medical or electronic devices.
If we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and product. We will assist you with a claim against the carrier.
- If your package is lost in transit (tracking shows no updates for 30+ days), please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- For confirmed lost or carrier-damaged shipments, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return Policy.
