Eligibility

We only accept returns for products that are confirmed to be defective. A product is considered defective when it has a manufacturing or material flaw that prevents it from functioning as described in its product specifications or user manual.

The following are NOT considered defects:
  • Discrepancies in measurement accuracy compared to other devices. Readings may vary between devices due to differences in sensor technology, calibration standards, sampling methods, user technique, environmental conditions, or the accuracy limitations of the comparison device itself.
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
  • Minor variations in readings that fall within the product's stated margin of error.

Return Window

You may submit a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Ship the Product
Once your return is approved, ship the defective product to our facility in Hangzhou, China. You are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping.

Return Shipping

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our facility in Hangzhou, China.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining your tracking number.
  • Risk of damage during return transit: The buyer is responsible for ensuring the product is adequately packaged for return shipment. If the product arrives at our facility with additional damage beyond the original reported defect — caused by insufficient packaging or mishandling during return transit — we reserve the right to deny or reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the tracking number and can confirm the shipment is in transit to our facility, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (e.g., the same credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase).
  • Refund processing times depend on your payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your account after we initiate the refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items or situations are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are not defective as defined in Section 1.
  • Return requests submitted without prior customer service contact and approval.
  • Return requests without supporting photo or video evidence.
  • Return requests submitted after the 30-day return window.
  • Consumable items (e.g., test strips, lancets) that have been opened or partially used, unless the defect existed at the time of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and the Return Policy above applies instead. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@wedocareu.com as soon as possible.
